How can you reduce stress and increase joy and happiness during the holidays with powerful Feng Shui practices?
In this episode, I guide you
through tips, tricks, practices, and rituals that will help you
energetically and positively flow through the holidays with
happiness and reduced stress. We’ll discuss how important morning
rituals are in order to remain grounded and set boundaries during
the holidays. I’ll guide you through when and how to set boundaries
with yourself, with an overflowing amount of holiday invitations,
and especially setting boundaries with loved ones are so vital
during this season.
Beloved, you have the right to say no to others
when you’re saying yes to yourself, and I’ll explain what that will
look like, and how you can give yourself permission to say no to
what does not resonate with you. In the same way, we tend to buy
into the commercialized version of the holidays, we’ll also discuss
how we can go inward, reflect and truly come back to our intentions
for the holidays; family, community, fellowship, and love, or
whatever those intentions may be for you.
Speaking your truth during the
holidays can be tricky when you are flooded with triggers, reminded
of inner work you’re still doing, or perhaps confronted with loved
ones who do not respect boundaries. This is an ideal time to
unleash your authentic self, speak your truth and stand firm to
your beliefs, the power lies in your confidence and in what grounds
you.
